Are reservations available?
For the time being, no. I make all these products by myself and there are only limited amounts. To be fair to everyone, I am not accepting reservations. 

Do you make custom orders?
No. As this is a one-alien show, making custom orders is difficult as I'm always working on restocks. 

Do you ship worldwide?
I am so happy to say I now do!

When is the next restock?
I try and restock every month of so. It's easiest for you to know when the restock will be if you follow me on Instagram

Items were stolen out of my cart before I could complete checkout!  What happened?
We're so sorry that happened to you, but there is an explanation, and here it is:

When multiple people are shopping, and they all have the last of a particular product in their cart, one of them will complete checkout before the others, and that person will get the item.  That product will now be considered "sold out", and the other customers will have the item removed from their carts as there are no more available.

I tried to purchase last month, but when I got to your store, everything was sold out. How do I purchase?
Our items FLY off the shelves and we sell out of most products within an hour or two of the release time. That being said, we do have some customers that manage to purchase a bar of every single soap on every single release day. They do this by setting alarms on their phone, creating an account, and setting their shipping address BEFORE the time of the release.

Where are you based?
I'm in Montreal! Land of poutine and potholes. 

Do your products expire?
Yes, like all cosmetics. But if you treat them as good as they treat you, they'll last a long time. About a year, if they are kept away from the sun, and if you are careful not to put any water inside them. If they start smelling rancid, water has most likely introduced itself in the product. Where there is water, there is life. Don't use a product that smells like bad salad. 

Are your products natural?
They are as natural as they can be, without hurting the planet, animals or humans or participating in child labor. 

I have sensitive skin, will the products suit me?
They most likely will. I use the least harsh ingredients I can for our skin care. Our skins all being different, if you do see any irritation happen, discontinue use please. Please carry out a patch test before using any bath and body product.

Do you accept returns?
For sanitary reasons (and ya know... Covid being the subject of the hour), I don't. But I do have a Facebook group called Spooks & Spanks - The Coven, in which the SpookFam talk and exchange or sell products they don't vibe with as much. Feel free to join! 

Do you refund?
If a problem occurs during the shipping process, such as breakage, please leave me a message and I will do what I can to help. I cannot refund due to melting of products, or stolen or lost packages. I do my best not to ship on hot days in which some products could arrive melted, and take all the precautions necessary so that damage doesn't occur. It may be best to not buy any products that can melt if the temperatures are too high, unless you have asked for a pickup. 

As for shipping, I highly suggest you select ''signature'' shipping options, as they are the safest.

Do you do wholesale or private label?
I cannot currently take more wholesale or private label clients.

Do you send PR or free goodies to potential customers, Bloggers, YouTubers, Etc.?
No, we do not. Regardless, thanks for being interested in our company and we hope that you take the leap and invest in us as fellow creators and small business owners!
