    Vous en retrouverez beaucoup dans mes recettes, et vous verrez pourquoi! C'est un petit ingrédient miracle. Le karité est recolté du fruit d'un arbre poussant en Afrique. Je le prend d'une coopérative de femmes indépendantes qui le fabriquent au Ghana. Les composantes du karité comprennent de l'acide oléique, stéarique et linoléique. Ouain. Tout plein de mots scientifiques qui veulent pas dire grand chose pour nous LUL!
